Welcome to Fremont Car Driving School. By enrolling in our driving lessons or using our
website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Fremont Car Driving School provides driver education, behind-the-wheel training, and related driving instruction services.
Students must meet all legal age and licensing requirements under applicable state laws before participating in lessons.
All lesson fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Students may cancel within 48 hours of payment. Lessons already taken will be charged. After 48 hours, any cancellation will result in a $60 deduction from the total payment.
Lesson schedules are subject to instructor and vehicle availability. We reserve the right to reschedule lessons due to safety, weather, or operational reasons.
Students must follow instructor guidance, obey traffic laws, and behave respectfully. Unsafe behavior may result in termination of lessons without refund.
Fremont Car Driving School is not responsible for traffic violations, accidents, or damages resulting from a student’s failure to follow instructions or traffic laws.
Training vehicles are to be used only during authorized lessons. Damage caused by negligence may be charged to the student.
Users agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or copy materials without permission.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
